I think all these try hard pour over methods don't do shit. Followed the ultimate method by that british fuck. Coffee was bitter as fuck. Try the 4:6 method, and its bitter as fuck. Do it my lazy way of no infusion, no multiple pours, no swirling, just pour evenly till you hit your target weight and its much better. Anyone else feel or think this to?
