Please specify, there are thousands of different variants of these. In fact I can't come up with a country that doesn't have a special variant of meat loafs.
I usually prefer simple ones made from veal or lamb. Adana kebab is great if you have a grill or make it slav style if you don't. Where I live they usually mix it with hydrated bread crumbs and onions, which gives them a softer texture and taste.
