I'm a recent convert to the deenz lifestyle, but I had these for the first time today and fuck me are they good. Possibly even slightly better. Had 'em fried up with some frozen taters o'brien. I've got a tin of salmon filets to get through too, and now i'm even tempted to try anchovies again, just to see. Mackerel too. What a world I've been missing out on.

Absolute best way to prepare these things, aside from fresh out the tin or a quick fry-up?

Not just a /deenz/ thread or a /kipppers/ thread, how about a /tinned/ thread?
