it's mostly a meme to favor south indians specifically. i think dark skin is attractive, and i find that indian guys tend to have very pretty eyes, cute noses, and nice eyebrows. body hair is also kino.
it's kinda difficult to dissect why i find indian dudes attractive, i just think they have a generally cute look.
