Greetings ro/ck/ stars, I come to you from /fit/.

Since the glorious winter bulk is over and we must now get shredded for summer/stereo I thought I could maybe get a few ideas for some food that we can eat.

Since eating chicken breasts with brown rice/sweet potatoes and broccoli gets...old after a while, I'd like to liven up my dinners a bit. Start bringing people back to my pad for nice meals and such. Given my diet this becomes problematic.

I come to you asking for recipes I can make that fall within the 300-600kcal range per serving. Preferably made with poultry. Spicy foods are a bonus.

Infographics, while appreciated, are not necessary.

Also, oats are God-tier so if you have anything I can do with them, that'd be cool too.

I know /fit/ mostly hangs out with /fa/, but that's no reason we can't be friends too.
