I used to do that, but I'm trying to lose weight. There's an awesome columbian coffee place near me that has fresh bread and pastries. If I lived closer I'd walk there more. By the way if you want to avoid sugar crash, high fiber cereal does the trick.

I have gotten mine from grind-your-own coffee from luckys market and now get some from drink trade. Honestly just grinding the beans from the bulk section of a store is going to be a good step above buying preground.
