Please give me instructions on how to cook some chicken madras. Im fucking done with indian, no matter how many times I try, it just doesnt taste like the restaurant. Is it the spices? Is the fucking cumin or coriander powder differen in Germanyt? If I buy pic related, is this even usable? Do the cashews taste different in india? I dont get it. Do I really need that +12h cooked veggie stock to get it right?

I can get it spicy and savory but its missing that special sweet and aromatic note.
