Tell me something, /ck/: What the hell flavor is Cap'n Crunch?

My wife (who's not from America) was inspecting the bowl I was eating today and asked me to describe the flavor before she gave it a shot, and I found that I couldn't describe it.

I mean, I can imagine the taste in mind. It's very distinctive. But I can't fucking describe it.
