I have two varieties here, but they IMHO make for the very best nacho toppings. Tacos as well, and when I am too fucked up to do anything just eat the shit right from the jar. The only caveat would be your intestines trying to separate the fucking atom in your ass if you eat too many, for me, it's about a whole jar now. But I had a friend who could of only handle a handful of my last ferment without needing to dab lotion on his asshole. Fermenting doesn't affect the capsaicin, it just permeates everything sitting in the jar.

Well anon, burping a jar really means is relieving pressure inside of it, as the LAB start eating and fucking they create a lot of CO2 so you need to release or "burp" your jar. I would do this by opening them once a day. But coincidentally I finished my DIY airlocks which automatically release CO2 and keep oxygen and other baddies out. Preferable to opening them once a day. I can't wait to see if they work, I'm praying that it's nice and sealed, we will find out soon once they start bubbling!
