Can you grind fully-frozen beef cubes with a food processor?

I normally do the 20min freeze from refrigerated, but I've just got a tray of cubed chuck roast that's been sitting in my freezer for a day or two. If grinding it from a full freeze will make a beef sno-cone, how long to thaw (give or take)?

Does anyone know where to buy can shaped molds for gelatin? I've seen bottles and ice trays for bottle but never to scale can halves. And I tried searching google for various terms and nothing.

DF forgot about boiling water in a teflon saucepan, horrible fumes escaped. after airing it out for a day and letting it rest, i'm wondering if it's still usable.
