I was trying a bit more stronger flavored cheese. The kind of cheese that rubs off on your fingers and they smell terrible. I didn't expect that much grease.

The problem I've had is me making them too thin. When I pull the dough out with my knuckles, the dough gathers around the center, so center gets too thin and the sauce shines through the bottom. It doesn't break/tear though.

The crusts are okay I guess. The weird texture on them is from the dough ball drying up when I let them rest for a few hours the day I'm cooking them.
