Uhhhh tamago sushi? It's literally just a scrambled egg on rice. It's extra good on spam musubi because you cook the egg in the leftover grease after frying the spam. Pack your >>11292562 musubi maker with seasoned rice (yes you do need special musubi seasoning, you can get it from Amazon), drop in your slice of spam, layer on your egg, then pack it all down. Carefully dump it out, wrap in nori. Then consume.
