Like this Anon here, we've got barbecue all fucking day, every, single, fucking, day.
At least three major barbecue joints in such a small city that - if continues to grow at this rate - will become a fucking barbecue and bourbon megatropolis.

The only reason the barbecue is so popular here is because we cater to an endless supply of geezers. The hip folks are all over the downtown scene and emerging expansion of the east end. Granted, our food scene in general shares the statistic that states that we have more family-owned small-businesses than almost any other city in the country.

Did you take the mean directly from the fridge to the grill? If so the inside will be cold while the outside will look done. Make sure you let your meat rest at room temp for an hour before grillin
