Worst experience? Just some bad ones in Las Vegas, listed them in order of shittyness. Projectile vomiting in my downstairs bathroom an hour or two after eating a seafood salad at Black Angus. Got noro from the sour cream at Del Taco. Worst service was some fucking mediterranean place, same town. They sat us in the empty hookah lounge even though the restaurant had plenty of available seating. Everything was just real slow and the food was bland af. PF Changs also sucked, one dish used dehydrated mushrooms that had not been fully re-hydrated, otherwise it was just mediocre.

You need to get specialty fish for sushi. It needs to be frozen for a certain period of time at a certain temp. That temp is well below the average freezer too.

In other words, don't do this unless you want parasites you fucking idiots.
