Yesterday:
>no breakfast; black tea and a cigarette
>lunch was half a Kit Kat, a pepperette, and a can of off-brand 7up
>supper was macaroni salad (macaroni noodles, a 1/2 dozen hard boiled eggs, two cans of tuna, three tablespoons of butter, and eight tablespoons of mayo)

Today:
>no breakfast; black tea and a cigarette
>lunch was leftover macaroni salad and water
>supper was BBQ chicken thighs with rice, broccoli, and carrots

I don't live a healthy life, but it could definitely be worse.
