most single people dont make enough food that they have leftovers for almost a weeks worth

the only left overs i have had in the past 13 years is stir fry or spaghetti which i eat either the next day OR the day after(basically 2 servings/meals worth)

mix eggs and milk in bowl
high heat
put butter in pan
put in eggs
move it around with spatula
cut up eggs with spatula into smaller pieces as it cooks
eggs become light and fluffy within 2 minutes
turn heat off and put lid to steam them for 30-60 more seconds

add whatever you like to them once done

sandwiches use sliced meat
anything other then sliced meat isnt a sandwich
