keurig peaked about 2 years ago. now the machines are shilling you to buy keurig brand coffee.

the convenience is top-tier; all you have to do is press a few buttons and you have coffee immediately. the taste is meh. if you find a keurig brand that you like, then you're all set. if you're coming from no coffee to keurig coffee, then a keurig feels like the bees knees. basically this >>7152478

roast has nothing to do with quality, just gives different flavours. there are great light roasts and scummy dark roasts, and vice versa

try going to a starbucks and getting a caffe mocha. it's basically a latte with chocolate. If you like the coffee part of the beverage, try a latte. if you like the latte, try a cappuccino. if you like the cappuccino, try an espresso or an americano.

that would be my advice. kind of like liquor I suppose: try a cooler, then try a beer, then try a highball, then try some straight liquor.
