You must drink a lot and exercise to deplete your glycogen stores. Since it's the weekend I recommend just walking all day, ideally nowhere near food opportunities. Cravings can be silenced with a bit of hard cheese (important, you don't want the lactose in soft cheese). Or just tough it out. If you're doing it for the first time it'll suck, no way around it. It gets better with time. Also stay the fuck away from those cheat "keto" label foods like KETO PIZZA PANCAKES CHOCOLATE BREAD and shit. Eat fat, meat, eggs, hard cheese, cruciferous vegetables.

This is how you stay weak. I can go from carb food to water fasting for a week straight with just slight nausea on the morning of the first day. You adapt to switching after a few times of suffering for a bunch of days. Nowadays I fast before going keto because it's the far superior way to get into and staying in full-blown ketosis.

Freeze portioned or just quickly (or slowly) wrap the pieces in plastic wrap and freeze the whole batch. What's important is to vacuum seal so the meat stays fresh longer and doesn't build up a layer of frozen snow. If you're freezing ground meat you want to use loose, freeze it in loose "sheets" in large bags so you don't have to thaw a brick but can use the meat sheet right away.

You should eat animal based snacks only. A handful of pork rinds will make you feel full in an instant, it's always the vegan garbage that will leave you hungrier than you were before.
