I think you overestimate how much he actually cooks. What we see on screen is the extent of his cooking. He has quite seriously cooked as many times as he has uploaded a video to the cooking with jack show. How do we know this?

Jack Jr. has a video game streaming show and in it, he says that the only time they eat his dad's cooking is when he makes a video. The rest of the time they eat out.

That is why he remains such a fuckup to this day. He has quite literally cooked fewer times in the past 10 years than I have in the past 6 months
