if you put them into a hot pan (you really should preheat it) you should use a bit of oil to prevent sticking and burning. You can start them in a cold pan and oil wouldnt be necessary

5'9 isnt tall but i have some muscle. The point is if i cut the alcohol id easily lose a good amount of weight while still consuming a good amount of calories.
