I have. I've tried several. It's just a cyclical thing. Tested "positive" for crohns but barely, and got a colonoscopy and they didn't find anything. I'm not even 30 yet. At this point I'd probably just need a fecal transplant to offset whatever damage was done that food poisoning bout. It's not unheard to get post infection IBS. It does keep me skinny though (and probably malnourished to some degree)

anon I've had plenty of perfectly good boneless chicken. Bones actually do the opposite; they keep the inside cooler while the outer edge cooks too quickly. It's why pressure fryers are so important for effective service of bone-in chicken. It's not as important for say, a rib roast to be cooked to temp all the way through, so bones do well there. However, chicken needs to be evenly cooked, and it takes more effort WITH bones than without. Again, bone-in chicken is tasty as fuck, but it's not really that different from a fried tender. The difference is usually down to shit like
>skin is still on when it's fried
>got breaded more effectively because you can be a bit rougher with a chicken thigh than a boneless breast filet
