Carnation instant breakfast shake made with milk, left in the sun (or just in a room for a few days) in a shaker bottle or some kind of sealed yet easily opened container. Once that fucker pops, it's game over.
Most putrid smelling shit on the planet. It'll basically ferment and explode once the pressure builds and leave a milky, rotten chocolate paste everywhere. It has to be a container that has a tight enough seal to keep building pressure, but finally pop open once the bubbling, disgusting mix has had time to develop.
