I get my coffee hand delivered by the farmers on a weekly basis. I bet my coffee is fresher than yours, actually I know it is.

As for that nice foam? Let me bestow some knowledge onto your tiny brain. That's called créma and you only get real créma from espresso using the freshest beans and only the best of technique. Maybe one day you'll get there.
