Breakfast: slept in after night shift at work, had a can of beer and a glass of water.
Lunch: none, sleep.
Dinner: egg and cheese on sourdough, leftover hot n' sour soup, tea with milk and water.

Gonna try making croissants, i've already put the dough in the fridge.
What should i do when, tomorrow morning, i'll inevitably fuck up and break a layer on the first fold? Is there a way to recover it or should i just fully amalgamate the butter and recycle it into something else?

I wanted to post the gif of the crab hopping into the boiling water but the file size is too big?
