Are there any cuisines that come close to being perfect?
Out of the widely liked ones:
>Chinese
Mediocre aroma, too many offals, and seems to be mostly soy sauce + alliums (in Eastern China at least)
>Indian
Most dishes use roughly the same assortment of spices
Generally no pork or beef
>Italian
Limited assorment of seasonings
>Mexican
Hardly any vegetables (same is true of all of Latin America)

Etc.
I'm not sure what to say about French, but someone else could fill me in on that

Is pork the most low tier meat out of the big 3?
Chicken is super versatile and is kinda hard to go wrong with, even just mild seasonings.
Beef tastes really good on its own (even the cheap cuts) and doesn't need much seasoning (but also goes very well with heavier seasonings).
Yes there are great pork dishes, but it seems like they mostly depend on masking the porky flavor to some extent.
Chinese drown it in sugar and sodium
Mexicans drown it in seasonings and capsicum
Portal Ricans drown it in sodium
Americans smoke it for hours on end
Italians and Germans cure it
Bacon is pretty good on its own of course, but it's best as an accompaniment, as opposed to eating a big plate of bacon.
The best part of pork is the ribs, which seem to genuinely have a good flavor. But still need more seasoning than say, beef ribs.
I don't get why Wongs and Juans eat so much of this stuff

Is pork a low tier meat?
Don't get me wrong, there are many pork things that I like such as a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, al pastor tacos, char siu, etc.
But it really seems like pork needs more preparation than beef, chicken, lamb, duck, fish, etc., to make it taste good.
Juice from a pork chop doesn't even taste particularly good like it would from a steak.
Chinese drown their pork in sodium/sugar to make it taste good , Mexicans with peppers/seasonings, Italians with sodium/preservatives, Americans with 10+ hours of smoke, etc.
I don't know why Mexico and China are so pork obsessed
