So my relationship with Taco Bell is becoming more and more bittersweet each day. A couple anons kept going on about how great the potato taco is (yeah, do you even realize how downy it sounds just to spout that nonsense?), so I thought I'd swap out the crunchy taco for a soft and sub the beef for potato, but guess what? That's not an option on the app. So I just said fuck it and decided to add potatoes and onions to the beef soft taco for an extra 50 cents. Then I decided to just get a dollar vanilla potato taco just to see if it could even compare to the fritos burrito. Well, when I opened up the soft beef taco in the box (on the right) with onions and potato added, to my dismay there was no beef. So then I opened up what I at first assumed was the vanilla potato taco... and it was just a vanilla potato taco. You can clearly see here >>11395558 that it says, "add potato", not, "sub potato". They got the onion part, so I wasn't optimistic when I opened the one in the bag. Can't these fuckers read? All they did was add free onions to a potato taco and charge me 50 cents extra; and it wasn't even good! Out of principal I'm against adding home ingredients to fast food, but I might just have to throw some kimchi and liverwurst into the vanilla potato taco just to make it palatable. Worst suggestion in this entire thread.
