>Add 10 to cart since I have 3 freezers
>Look at prices on all the baby backs
>18$ a slap, 15$ a slap, 21$ a slap, etc depending on how big it is
>Look at receipt. All 6-7$.

Will rinse & repeat this by seeing what they don't have in stock & doing the same thing soon. If they catch on i'll go to a different kroger.

What are other ways to game the system anons?

I have two racks to st louis style ribs. Should I cook them in the oven or on a grill?

Hey y'all, tomorrow I'm smoking 4 racks of ribs and an ~8.5lbs boston butt.

I'm in a bit of trouble since I need BOTH of them cooked and ready by the evening, but obviously, ribs and butts cook at different durations. How should I do it?

>Put butt and ribs on at the same time
>ribs will be done in 5-6 hours
>put them away
>reheat once butt is done and pulled
This isn't ideal... But might be necessary

or

>put the butt in the smoker
>at noon put the ribs on
>introduce a couple more chunks of wood
>both are done in the evening at the same time
Problem is, doesn't smoke in the middle of a cook make a bitter taste? I dunno.
Please help.
