What the fuck is wrong with Thai food? I wasted 50 bucks on the most disgusting meal I've ever had at a restaurant--Thai curry and chicken skewers with godawful peanut sauce. Does anyone actually like this shit? I felt like I was eating dog food.

How is Thai food so popular when barely any Thai people live in America compared to Italians, Mexicans and Chinese?

How the fuck are you actually supposed to eat Thai curry? Like, what is the actual protocol? Are you supposed to eat it on top of the rice like a sauce or in the bowl it comes in like a soup? If it's the former then why do so many Thai restaurants bring you like an ice cream scoop of jasmine rice? The ratio is all off, it's like giving you a cereal bowl full of ketchup with your medium french fries. The curry itself seems to thick to be the latter, and the protein/vegetables they include don't seem like a mealworthy amount. It's the best of no worlds and Thailand needs to get it's shit together.
