Iran. In the US, Claussen pickles are the best, but if you can get your hands on some Dadfar pickles from Iran. They pickle them with some peppers and garlic and some other herbs and it makes for the best pickle I've ever had.
Iran is weirdly good at pickiling things, I also use this shit called Turshi, I put it it in a lot of the things I make. It's just pickled vegetables that are marinated in this delightful sauce they make.
