It looks like someone was given vague descriptions of a few Finnish dishes and tried making them without ever seeing what they're supposed to look like. I'm guessing it's supposed to be something like
>pickled mushrooms (not ones that grow in Finland though, are those shimejis or what)
>rosolli (maybe, can't think of anything else it could be. Those chunks are huge though)
>Karelian pastries w/ eggbutter (boiled eggs mixed in butter, looks like shit because the butter's melted)
>gravlax (looks fine but why not serve it on the pastries or something)
All in all a pretty retarded combination
