So what kind of drink am I supposed to get out of this little thing? I have a 3 cup version and I've noticed that if I let all the water run through the coffee I get a fine cup (~125ml), though nothing I couldn't get much faster and easier out of an Aeropress. But if I cut the brewing process right after liquid reaches the bottom of the spout, I get a much more concentrated, almost creamy cup (~70ml) of coffee. Which is not really espresso-like but definitely more interesting and unique.
Thoughts?

What's /ctg/ stance on using boiling water in moka pot? I mainly do it out of convenience: it cuts down brewing time considerably and then I have hot water ready to dilute my drink. Not sure if it affects anything taste wise.
