Well for the US south, biscuits and gravy. I fucking love biscuits, breakfast sausage, and white gravy (on say chicken fried steak) but all of it together is just kinda gross to me. I'll eat it, but people talking about southern food will fucking lose their minds over this shit. I think my problem with it is that it's a flour flavored gravy, coating a very flour forward biscuit.
