I agree with op's statement. My contention pizza is stuff on bread- has been downed and condemned bhy many. 'So kay, jezze its just pizza. I've had serious (set up take down, lots of cutting, my belly looks like zorro practiced) surgery. over 50. but my first meal ordered was pizza(yeah had to fart and eat jello first) pizza. thin crust, small bit of red sauce. a bit of sliced Italian or Greek sausage. sliced mushrooms. a light dusting of mild cheese Pretty dayumn good. (had a good friend from nyc).Where ever you go, different and or the same. Of op's pic I would pick the bottom one. The Top is more a meat pie(my mom was a lunch lady and nothing wrong, just not pizza, middle has too much junk- not a big fan of garbage pizza- if i want a supreme, I listen to Dianna Ross on u tube.Pizza is like barbecue. Changes every 40 miles.and nothing to get distraught about. (my peeve- barbeque chicken pizza...see all I'm saying is...never mind.) Thin italian is the best, I use little peperoni unless I want to roar like smaug at 3 am with heat burn.
And I enjoy pineapple and cheese on thin crust, with ham. What's not to like. That's called a torte, not pizza.May God Bless Italy anyways.Most of my family are UK, GBH, but I bet over half our recipies, faith, even architecture are Italian derived. Not bad.

looks good op. one thing I have learned, complicated does not equal better. Me (or I, no need to get the grammer nazies started) and another family were with out water for 3 days. incumbent on me to fix it, nevertheless, called. 150/hour +. I figured 300 + 5 to 700 hundred, and I could, but have to fix the heat at another place before it gets much colder. Imagine my relief when the water came back on. pressure switch, breaker, the pump itself is 28 years old and 200 ft deep. On top of that... never mind. never mind. twice. I don't need Dom. beluga, truffles and prime or kobe to be happy. tonight its cheap chicken legs, rolled in oil, s&p, oregano and basil.baked, with small potatoes. canned spinach. beer and tea. milk for any kids. desert -later will be canned mandarin oranges, a chocolate chip cookie.My parents and family ( mostly cops, robbers, military and farmers) have never forced any views on kids or friends, any race culture, gender, and yes sexual preferance. both my dad and mom told me (and hated it, born in 1921 and 1923, respectively) you are what you are, and dear to me. tis not that fucking tough. treat others, but especially kids, how you want to be treated. pushing neveryoumind now. and sometimes piss me off. then I remember... I wasn't no damn better. sorry ck. just thankful. I really do much prefer simple stuff. simple stuff. young or old. when i ever "got above my raising" i screwed the pouch. deo the best you can, ck. pretty damn good is my bet. just remember to be thankful for favors, great and small.
