The best pizza and submarine shops, in my experience are southwest Detroit.

I miss Texas since I've been away for a few years but I have discovered some great food here. Detroit cam make one hell of a pizza and a sub sandwich that's indescribable.

Ask your neighbors if they have a selective microwave. Selective microwaves allow you to heat individual items in a dish. In your case, You would press the "bean" option and time it for 12 minutes without further cooking the rest of your casserole. It will turn out perfectly.
