I usually use garlic in most of my recipes but this week I made a pot of Jollof rice and only seasoned with the following:

onions
thyme
Worcestershire sauce
salt
pepper
half a habanero

the dish is tomato based and it was tasty as fuck - habanero did add heat AND flavor

Green beans in the garden. Need to cook up.
I have decided to make Jollof rice with either chicken thighs or keilbasa for meat, maybe both.
I like half an habanero for heat.

Have made this before but never seen any posts.

Any thoughts, comment suggestions?
