What’s up ck? i’ve been feeling extremely sick and unhealthy lately, low energy and just unhealthy. My diet is shit, i eat either fast food, or nothing at all most days. my roommates cook but that is only meat and rice. I haven’t eaten a single fruit or vegetable in weeks.

Anyone have ideas for one meal that is filled with as many nutrients as possible? Some foods i know to get:
>salmon
>almonds
>avocado
>black beans
>broccoli/cauliflower

Please share any suggestions
