It was pretty good. Definitely had a strong unique taste but not unpleasant, not the best in the world at the same time. Didn't get a gritty texture at all. It was well done but not overcooked, not pink in the center but I'm not sure if it's supposed to be or not. The slices were pretty thin so they cooked fast.
Not sure if I'd buy it again, maybe in a year or something if I see it, it was a lot of meat for the price. What I have left over I'll try dredged in flour and see how it is next time.
