1oz shake for 1 cup oil
Add 1tbs soy lecithin per cup
Add half as much water before putting in crock pot
Cook on low 12-24 hrs
Use mct oil and extract by squeezing a nylon sock full of the mix
Freeze then the oil and water will separate so you can drain it
Strongest oil possible
