Finland, finished eating some time ago

Cold:
>blinis (these were warm), sour cream, fish roe, onions
>pickled mushrooms, sauerkraut, smoked herring salad, beetroot salad
>3 kinds of smoked fish, gravadlax, pickled herring, crayfish
>assorted vegetables/condiments
>malt bread, spreadings

Hot:
>Ham, smoked reindeer, meatballs, roast beef
>Potato, sweet potato, carrot and beetroot casseroles (so 4 diff in total)
>Green beans and kale

Dessert:
>cheese platter, jam, fruit
>gingerbread, orange cake, chocolates

7 grownups and 2 kids, was pretty gud but it's always a hassle to prepare everything in a small kitchen and eat it around a small table.
