So i bought Miso to make a pork marinade, it was pretty fucking good. Now I have leftover Miso paste that was expensive. What can I make with it? It isn't white, it is brown which is believe is a mixture of white and red.
I made a soup that was pretty meh. I used store bought Dashi stock which was probably my biggest mistake. The first two listed ingrediants were salt and MSG but it still had tuna. Anyways I added carrots, onions, tofu, rehydrated seaweed and black mushrooms. It was fine but seemed to lack depth.

Any ideas what I should do with Miso?
