Jack Scalfani was a radio DJ who while starting a sauce business with an associate in California was left in the lurch when the partner abandoned him. He was already financially invested in the business, I believe the sauce recipe was already established and ingredients bought, so he went ahead with it solo. To advertise the BBQ sauce, The Best Sauce You'll Ever Taste, he created a youtube channel that featured him cooking recipes and shilling his sauce, named Cooking with Jack. He also has Jack on the Go, where he does food reviews, and has several dead channels which were just vlogs (F as in Frank, Letters to Jack) that he made with his homosexual brother. His main channel shows Jack's first attempt at cooking recipes and generally has at least a few mistakes in them. It has developed to include consumer reporting as a main feature, largely featuring As Seen on TV products in reviews. There is speculation that he is a paid shill, but I don't know much about that.

Jack became a born again christian when he married Tammy Flanders, his wife (pictured) and has incorporated it into his identity with the zeal of a convert. Having divorced a wife with one child, Garrett (A marijuana addict and rap music producer) he went on to consummate the new marriage with the birth of Jack Jr., a pudgy bespectacled child who is seen along side Jack in many of the reviews and recipes.

Jack is a meme because he shows his fuckups on camera and doesn't do even baseline prep work on a lot of his shows, such as when he made yorkshire pudding that turned out as hockey pucks which he said were perfect, or when he demonstrating canning techniques that flew in the face of health guidelines. More or less /ck/ latches on to fuck ups he intentionally leaves in.

He is possibly a homosexual, and despite his preaching of the good news he seems to be a snippy vindictive man who preaches the destruction of Palestine through violence and attends the congregation of a convicted murderer.

I don't believe in redefining the word marriage. There needs to be another term. Half my family is gay and I love them dearly. They know my beliefs and they respect my views as much as I respect thiers.

I think he's just a zealot without much thought. He thinks marriage is defined as one man and one woman in the bible which I don't think it actually is, but he's not opposed to gays actually having "marriage" he just wants them to not get to call it that. I don't think it's homophobia I think he's just a dumb man trying to play the role of a true believer
