In regards to baking, there's little difference between butter brands. Just don't use gross margarine.
Disclaimer: I don't buy food products from Wal Mart or any other cheap tier brands.

Try making the batter more thin, and the oil more hot. I use canola oil. Have with it by adding blueberries or maybe cinnamon!

I stack more than seven pancakes for one breakfast meal but I make my pancakes thin, also a bit crispy on the ends.

Blueberry pancakes. Yes, I used Aunt Jemima pancake mix and Log Cabin syrup but the pancakes were delicious.

I'm an idiot. I don't see vegetable oil on the chart. Is vegetable oil worse than canola oil? Pancakes taste the best when I use vegetable oil. I use avocado oil for my air fryer.

Depends on the person. When I make pancakes, I make them really thin and slighty crispy ans golden on the edges.

Only make thick pancakes when you add blueberries. :)
