At Subway, if you want a sandwich to not be toasted would you call it "untoasted" or "not-toasted"?

The sandwich artist said that she's never heard anyone else say it the way I do, which comes as a surprise to me. But, really, who the hell wants a toasted tuna sub?

I need to gain weight, about 4 pounds of it according to my doctor. Whenever I eat I always feel full way before I've eaten anywhere near an appropriate amount. (No, they've ran tests and there's no health issue causing this.)

What are some good mildly-filling, slightly fattening foods/meals that aren't poison processed junk? Google just leads me to diet sites that tell me the opposite of what I want to know.
