Espresso:
1. Turn machine on
2. Weigh beans and put in grinder
3. Once machine is preheated purge false pressure by running steam wand for 10 seconds.
4. Preheat grouphead
5. Grind beans into blind tumbler
6. Put grounds into portafilter
7. Shake to evenly distribute grounds
8. Level grounds
9. Tamp grounds.
10. Portafilter in machine, cup under portafilter
11. Start timer
12. Slowly lift lever, 10 second pre infusion
13. Press down slowly until gauge reads 9 bar pressure
14. Continue pressing lever all the way down.
15. Wait until espresso goes blond.
16. Stir.
17. Enjoy. :)

Worth it? Absolutely.
