You are right kapusta (kisona) z gzrybami is the best filling. Mixed pork and beef/cabbage and pork bacon are my second favorote tho. Pic related.

I only eat smaženice once a year or so...I dry the rest of the shrooms and use them in kuba or bramboračka.
