O/ck/ay so we're having a small glazed ham for Easter. I couldn't find a raw ham (gammon) anywhere and I didn't want to brine a whole pork shoulder or something so I just bought a little pre-cooked ham.

Problem is I want to glaze it with the marmalade, but being a cooked ham I'm not sure it'll glaze properly because it doesn't need to roast for like 90mins. What's the best way to get a good carmelized glaze without overcooking this little nugga?

Also Easter general
