for when you want to eat sauerbratensoße without having made sauerbraten

prep some onions and carrots, fry them. add really good stock or fry some meat, add vinegar and bay leaf(s), cook until veggies are tender, fish them out. wash raisins, add them into the pot, reduce, thicken if necessary. add sour cream and lingonberry jam to taste after putting the bay leaf out of there. Dont forget salt and pepper; this is a sauce that tastes good with a sweet aftertase so you might wanna add some sugar in there
