Did my usual popcorn but added jalapenos.

>Fry up some garlic, set aside garlic pieces
>Cook sliced jalapenos five minutes in oil
>Pour kernels straight in and cover
>Grind up dried Chile de arbols in mortar and pestle and add paprika and cumin
>Transfer popped corn and jalapeno to large bowl, spritz with oil, add Chile mix and salt, toss to coat
>Transfer to lined baking sheet and bake 15min@275
>Pour into bowl and add garlic chips. Salt again.

Came out spicy as hell. Upped the chiles and I'm sure the addition of the jalapenos didn't help. They ended up nice and pretty dry, good crispness!
