Bought this at a farmers market, this guy had the smallest stall at the end of the market kinda off to the side. Nice guy.

He said it was " freeze dried smoked pickled beef" but he also used the words fermented and probiotic.

Smokeyness. Earthy tones of pine wood which I assume they used for smoking and Bitter Almonds.

My question is how long can this last for?. I had it for a week now and just opened it.
I'm interested as I am a foodie and liken myself to Anthony Bourdain, and enjoy eating cuisine from around the world... what is the food standard for freeze dried smoked meat.

My wife is 25 weeks pregnant and I had the idea to feed her some healthy elk meat like joe Rogan always says! I went to the local market here in Arizona and it's pretty hot here . Long story short I bought some
"Smoked freeze dried local elk roast" and we ate it last night .
Today wifey is sick and projectile shitting piss outta her ass and mouth . So hospital is running tests ! Why did I listen to Rogan?! Here is pic related of the elk meat. What do you guys think any medifags?! Was it wild game sickness or "Whole Foods syndrome "

I'm 21 weeks pregnant. I'm experinceing bad projectile diharea vomiting and pissing. I woke up around 5 with my stomach making awful noises. I am a extremely gassy, lots of cramps but I think its from the gas. I've already been to the bathroom 6 times . All I ate yesterday was 4 bowls of cereal, chicken strip meal from kfc, a can of raviolis and for dinner my husbands freeze dried smoked elk flank steaks(pic related). I felt the baby move after my second encounter with the bathroom. I guess all the noises woke him up. I'm worried the elk steak was bad , here is the pic of freezer bag
