For me, it's "shirako."
My family hosted some Japanese students when I was young.
Teenage girls named Aiko, and Yokiko. They shared some of their favorite meals with us, and when they brought this monstrosity out my Dad was the only one brave enough to give it a shot.
He said it was familiar but confusing. Those girls loved it though. Ate it like it was some special type of delicacy

Basically it's a kind of Japanese mayonnaise. Pic related. Apparently the direct translation is "white children", hence the logo.
